He should have experience in commissioning and pre-commissioning of HV substations, switchgears, transformers, etc. Candidates must be able to read SLD wiring diagrams, interface diagram & detailed drawings. Preferably certified by Ministry in Electricity and Water (MEW) in Kuwait.
