Executive Assistant - Vice President Student Affairs - American University of Kuwait - AUK
Under the Direction of the Vice President for Student Affairs, the purpose of this job is to perform and/or oversee a variety of associated administrative, fiscal, staff support and planning activities, some of which require advanced or specialized knowledge and skills, such as budget, equipment, facilities and inventory management, specialized recordkeeping and database management, student information system and/or specified information gathering projects and tasks.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is required;
Five years administrative experience required.
Two years administrative experience supporting a senior executive required.
Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic.

Database Management Skills: Optimally managing database programs.
Microsoft Applications Skills: Proficiency on all Microsoft products

Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies.
Provide training to clients in the use of system and applications as related to Internet.
Proficient in Internet related applications such as E-Mail clients, FTP clients and Web Browsers.
Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures in English. ¢€¨Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals in English.
