Field of Responsibility:
• Country Operations Manager’s and Senior Project Manager’s main support on company’s internal processes.
• Main operational target is to ensure that all mystery shopping visits and reports carried out by the Service Checkers are delivered to the customers in a timely fashion.
• Supervising all steps in the operational process:
– Using the internal company software to setup projects
– Monitoring and supervising the correct performance of all activities (mystery shopping
visits’ allocation; Service Checkers’ performance; proofreading of reports; ensuring that
all deadlines are met).
• Informing and reporting to the Senior Project Manager and the Country Operations Manager.

Personal Requirements
To perform these tasks efficiently, a Junior Project Manager has to be able to work in a team. He/she has to be able to act independently and flexibly, but also be able to accept supervision and feedback of others. He/she must be responsible, able to work under pressure, willing to learn, open to new processes, be self-disciplined and be able to work in an autonomous way.

Candidates must be willing and able to work from home and work freelance. The Junior Project Manager needs to have a very stable DSL or cable internet connection (1Mb upload/download connection as minimum requirement), a laptop with at least 2 GB RAM. If using a PC, preferably Windows 7 or newer versions. Microsoft Office essential. Working with tablet is not possible.

Several of our clients are important western food & beverage companies, thus some projects involve alcoholic beverages. Our candidates should be able to work within these means.

– Reviews and posts salaries

Requirements
– CPA or Min Degree in Accounting/Finance/ACCA qualification
– Min 3-5 years relevant experience in financial & management accounting preferably in a retail company.
– Relevant experience in audit and costing is an advantage.
– Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact at all levels.
– Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.
– Able to work independently and highly meticulous.
– Working experience in RMS is highly regarded.
