An Executive, Market Researcher analyzes market information based on periodical surveys and research projects.
Some of the responsibilities include:
• Conduct basic analysis of the surveys and research projects on SPSS software
• Prepare survey and research projects summary presentations of CSI and consumer behavior surveys
• Create, edit or upload information and research documents or projects in e-Synergy.
• Prepare and edit Customer Satisfaction Index or Consumer Behavior questionnaires in co-ordination with the Deputy Manager, Market Research
• Evaluate performance of telemarketers and follow up with the IT department for transfer the data of research projects collected by telemarketers from internal data collection application into SPSS
• Prepare and maintain the attendance sheet of Telemarketers.
• Prepare irregular surveys reports and submit to the Deputy Manager, Market Research for review
Skills
1 year of experience in Marketing
English and Arabic is a must
Kuwait Driving License is essential.
Education
Graduate specialised in Marketing / Statistics / Business Administration

Urgent Lead Assistant Ticketing Agent (FILIPINO MALE)
• Handling ticketing & reservations for customers
• Carry out all follow up procedures pertaining to customer travel
• Galileo & Amadeus reservation systems and issue and re-issue re validation.
• Maximize sales and revenues by booking and ticketing return journeys, selling holiday packages and other travel related products and services.
• Attend to guest problems, escalating to higher levels as required.
• Keep self-update on product, service, policies and procedures.
• Efficiently handle guests’ reservations and ticketing queries, achieve personal targets and contribute to the overall team revenue, yield and volume targets.
• Comply with all reservation policies and procedures and standards of guest service (i.e. handling guest problems, answering telephone esquires, pre-flight checks, timeliness, courtesy etc)
Skills
• Applicants should have a Bachelors degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year reservations and ticketing experience.
• Knowledge of Reservation systems which mainly include Amadeus/Galileo.
• Knowledge of world geography and major carrier networks to facilitate quick itinerary planning.
• Proficient in MS Office applications i.e. word and excel.
• Strong verbal and written English & knows basic Arabic day by day interaction.
