1.0 Job Summary
1.1 Business Objectives: To maintain the Company brand image and prestige.
1.2 Sales Volume: To achieve and exceed allocated unit sales targets, by ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
1.3 Customer Satisfaction: To approach customers and gather the requirement and provide full information to the customer. Look for customer objectives, and make sure customer will come again for buying.
1.4 Company Sales and Prospecting Systems: To increase in the customer prospective system utilized the customer data and references for the follow up sales. Utilizing the data for the business objectives and a larger customer/prospect base.
1.5 Cash and Credit Control: Cash and credit are controlled by authorized personnel, All the cash must be handover to Admin dept at the end of working day. For any credit related items it must be approved by authorized personnel.
1.6 Improvement and Upgrading: Constantly improve and update knowledge, especially product range, features, read and learn , new features and their benefits.
2.0 ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
2.1 Reports to: Showroom Manager.
2.2 Supervises: Showroom activities.
3.0 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1 Customer service and sales conversion.
3.2 Product knowledge and detailed information about model prices and discounts.
3.3 Checking items in the showroom.
3.4 Advising customers for the promotions and new model arrivals.
3.5 Arranging the items in the proper place, taking care of cleaning of showroom.
3.6 Maintain a good view for the display area.
3.7 Contacting customer on telephone providing them the new arrivals.
3.8 Coordinate with staffs for the delivery dates.
3.9 Able to analyze the market and identify customer needs.
3.10 Process Compliance and Improvement. Securing the showroom items.
3.11 Fill required paper work after sales. Make sure the contract copy is properly signed by the costumer.
3.12 Making invoices and transfer vouchers.
3.13 Provide monthly reports about sales, customers, product.
3.14 Keeping direct contact with key customers to ensure high level of service is provided.
3.15 Coordinate with Showroom Manager and admin for vehicle registration.
3.16 Coordinate with workshop for repair of product and complains
3.17 Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services offering, market intelligence, industry trends and competition
4.0 PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
4.1 Excellent organizational skills and ability to show initiative.
4.1 At least 2 years experience in a similar sales position in the service or automotive industry.
4.1 Able to deal effectively, openly and positively.
4.1 Must have a good command of the English Language and Arabic is mandatory
