Registration Coordinator - Ali Abdulwahab Al Mutawa Commercial
To register any new product according to Drug Control Registration Centre (DCRC) and Ministry of Health (MOH) standard rules and regulations
To communicate with Principals, concerned Authorities and Division/Department to collect all the needed data, files, certificates and documents.

Duties / Responsibilities:
1. Prepares, review applications and submit the registration dossier and samples to Drug Control Registration Centre (DCRC) upon receipt of registration dossier from principals to register the various categories of a new product.
2. Ensure all related documents from the registration dossier are complete, updated as per DCRC requirements.
3. Communicate and follow-up periodically with DCRC for all the products under registration process.
4. Coordinates/communicate/ update the concerned authorities, division/department for any propose products changes by the Principals such as change in shelf life, manufacturing site, leaflet, manufacturer name.
5. To update/inform the Principal the status of the products under registration through detailed monthly report.
6. Coordinates with Principals for any additional information/documents required by DCRC and to respond technical inquiries in relation to the products registration.
7. Updates/informs the Principals and concerned Division/Department for the products changes and approved registration by DCRC.
8. Reviews new agencies proposals and check the registration dossier if documents are complete and acceptable by DCRC, submit for Management and concerned Ministries for review.
9. Responsible to follow up all pending issues to DCRC during the absence of the Division Head.
10. Responsible for conducting Pharmacovigilance Bank up through reported cases expected or non –expected adverse drug reactions. Able to fill the primary notification sheet & CIOMs form and transmit this information to Principals & MOH in effective manner.
11. Conducts/Provides trainings on Pharmacovigilance, giving awareness to this matter through training materials, questionnaires, etc.
12. Performs reconciliations between Safwan, Principals and MOH.
13. Strictly follows Safwan’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
14. Fully conversant with the local Registration Requirements in DCRC & MOH.
