RESPONSIBILITY :

1) Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, vehicles preferences, needs, and buying methods to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
2) Coordinate with advertising /media agencies to check & review the vehicles’ specifications that will be published for new marketing campaigns.

Store Keeper - Al Babtain Group

To analyze and coordinate the logistical functions of tires, batteries, equipments and lubricant products, entire the life cycle of purchased orders including imports, internal allocation, distribution, delivery, cash collection and final disposal of resources.

RESPONSIBILITY :

 1)Reviews & compares the sales invoice in addition the preparation of the related goods or products for delivery orders or transfers accordingly with delivery.
 2)Counts the new imported goods, and performs the "Goods Receive Vouchers" based on actual receivable quantities.
 3)Informs the Stores Supervisor of damaged or defective goods to take the proper & corrective actions.
 4)Prepares the storage area for new imported goods, and stock items in accessible manners.
 5)Performs randomly inventory via physically counts of stock, and investigates for discrepancies reports through stores supervisor.
 6)Reports to direct supervisor of slow moving products. 
 7)Keeps records of all related documents “ reports , invoices as reference if needed.

EXPERIENCE :

3 Years experience in similar position in automotive industry

QUALIFICATION :

Skills:

A. Reading text: Receiver should read invoices and packing slips with care and attention to details. Read manuals for all equipments.
B. USE OF DOCUMENTS: Receiver Check invoices and gets credit slips from drivers for missing pieces. May write notes to chef and assist with freezer and cooler inventories. May write incident reports.
C. Writing: Receiver Stamp and sign shipping documents and may write incident reports
D. Numeracy: Receiver check the money value of missing items in shipments. Do physical counts on packaged items. Make best use of storage space in freezers and coolers.
E. Oral Communication: Receiver deal with a variety of people in the kitchen and warehouse staff to smooth the way for the transportation of food from the shipping area to the kitchen, he also contact staff by telephone occasionally they phone suppliers to complain about missing or damaged goods.
F. Thinking skills: Receiver plan the transport and storage of Perishable foodstuffs. He decide when the quality of the shipment is not acceptable, He remember where things are stored.
G. Working with others: Receiver work independently and do not generally depend on others nor refer to them to do his job.
H. Computer use: Receiver may use the internet/fax to place orders but generally do not have access to computers in his work.
