Utilizes financial information to plan, modify or cancel courses or programs. Pursues appropriate grant opportunities for programs and facilities within the department.
Coordinates the preparation, analysis, and distribution of the annual report of each program within the division. Analyzes and evaluates financial performance, budget management, program quality, new program development, and customer service performance for the division.
Supervises CCE staff and instructors and is responsible for all educational programs, services and facilities within the department.

Uses business intelligence tools and services to maximize the return on investment for the university's involvement in continuing education activities.
