هو الشخص المناط به تحقيق مقاصة الشركة\ المنشأة حيث يتولى تحويل أنشطة البيع الى ايراد لتمويل دورات الأنشطة بالشركة, كما أنه يساهم بدور فعال في تحقيق الربحية لتحقيق مقاصة الملاك.
• البحث وتأهيل العملاء الجدد
• تحقيق الأهداف ا لمبيعية
• توفيرخدمة ممتازة للعملاء
• الالتزام بسياسات وأحكام الشركة فيما يتعلق بالعمل
• البناء والحفاظ على علاقات جيدة مع العملاء الحاليين
• تطوير المهارات الشخصية والمهنية
• تطوير و تنويع قنوات البيع
Skills
• At least 3 years’ experience in real estate sales and marketing
• Holds a College / University degree
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Possess computer skills and proficiency to use
• Valid driver's license in Kuwait
المهارات
• على الأقل 3 سنوات خبرة في مجال المبيعات و التسويق العقاري
• حاصل على شهادة جامعية
• يجيد اللغة الانجليزية والعربية
• امتلاك مهارات الحاسوب و اجادة استخدامه
• رخصة قيادة صالحة في الكويت
