* Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions / policies / procedures.

* Negotiate with suppliers for better prices / delivery / payment terms.
* Prepare reports regarding market conditions and raw materials cost.
* Negotiate freight charge for goods Shipping thru sea /air / land, ordered on FOB and Ex-works terms.
* Arrange insurance coverage for the materials ordered and claims for the shortage and damage.
Requirements:
Male.
Bachelor Degree.
Has minimum 5 years of experience in the same position.
Ability to work efficiently under time constraints in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Proficient MS-Office and computer skills.
Bilingual.
Residency transferable.
