This position is responsible to produce art layouts and designs for products, packaging, marketing collateral, and merchandising.
- B.A or B.F.A from an accredited design institution
- 1-2 years experience in the graphic design/communications field
- Strong knowledge of Quart Xpress, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop and basic knowledge of Microsoft office
- Package design knowledge is an advantage.
Result Areas:
1) Translate creative concepts into effective visual presentations, products, collateral and merchandising that fulfill strategic marketing objectives
2) Responsible for image research of all collateral or merchandise
3) Creation of art layouts from templates based on studio specifications and direction from marketing dept, studio managers and other designers
4) Coordinate with other designers, art directors and the entire production process for the marketing collateral and merchandise
5) Create mock-ups and other 3 dimensional products for high level presentation
6) Forecast project requirements for the translation and production of creative concepts into merchandise
7) Provide both verbal and written creative direction to internal (Marketing, Materials & Contracts) and external resources (other designers, printers, studio managers, art directors, photographers, etc.)
