Key Responsibility
Supervise all administrative activities to facilitate smooth office operations .
Ensure security and confidentiality of information
Writing reports for senior management and delivering presentations at high standards .
Plan , administer and prepare annual budget
Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries
prepare agendas , take minutes , make arrangements for committee , board and other meetings
Sorting and distributing incoming posts and organizing / sending outgoing posts .
Make travel arrangements
Provide employees with guidance in handing difficult or complex problems and in resolving escalated complaints or disputes
Train and instruct subordinates in job duties and organization polices or arrange for training to be provided
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies , maintaining records management systems
Establish Procedures for record Keeping and manage filing system
Responding to enquiries and complaints
Education and Experience / Key Competencies
At least a bachelor of Business Administration or a relevant specialization
5 – 7 years of experience in a similar position
Excellent command of English and Arabic
Computer skills
Communication skills , problem analysis and assessment , judgment and problem solving , planning and organizing , attention to detail and high level of accuracy , delegation of authority and responsibility , teamwork and collaboration
