This position is responsible for performing Marketing/Sales, customer assistance and Services/Products marketing.
ESSENTIAL TASKS:
Responsible for meetings the quotas of visits as assigned by direct Managing Director.
1. Responsible for reporting all marketing activities on daily basis.
2. Responsible for reporting needs and status of assigned customers.
3. Carry out set number of visits per day, week, and month.
4. Follow all pre-set internal procedures and guidelines specified for the marketing dept.
5. Follow up on after sales service and customer satisfaction.
6. Visiting public and private institutions companies and organizations on a daily basis.
- Duties and responsibilities outlined may vary over time and are subject to management review and amendment.
- Any other Tasks assigned by direct superior/ Head of Department.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES:
1. Adjustment of hours involving evening and/or weekend work may be required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:
1. Ability to follow verbal and written directions.
2. Ability to follow directions read or copy information correctly.
3. Ability to perform basic mathematic calculations.
4. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
5. Familiarity with the inventory process.
