Main Job Purpose



To ensure on time ordering with best rates and terms from reliable foreign sources with effcient coordination and monitoring for all outstanding PO/PR and related shipments to ensur on time delvieries as per required quality standards.



Job Responsibility

1- Float enquiries to related approved vendors on time with efficient follow-up for each and every item.

2- Negotiate with suppliers to get attractive offers with best rates and payment terms.

3- Communicate with R&D to resolve technical issues and communicate the same with related suppliers.

4- Source foreign markets for developing new reliable sources and coordinate with R&D and QC for necessary

samples arrangement and approval.

5- Participate in Evaluation of vendors and update approved vendors list accordingly.

6- Manage and track shipment to ensure smooth deliveries and secure production.

7- Coordinate with accounts to ensure proper payments for suppliers.

8- Interact with stores to observe/inspect quality of goods received.

9- Check regularly stock levels for A-Class items ( High Value, Long lead time , and Fast Moving ).

10- Coordinate with IT to improve/upgrade Oracle ERP system.

11- Initiate proactive and immediate action with special care and follow up for urgent cases.

12- Follow up with third party inspection to issue COC, and coordinate with PAI when ever necessary.

13- coordinate with clearing agent and forwarder to ensure smooth customs clearance.





Education, Skills & Experience



diploma, or four year degree within business administration, business management or related field of study.


strong communication skills, preferable bilingual( Arabic & English).


strong negotiation skills. ability to gain immediate credibility with others


high transparency with management.


PC knowledge, MS Office, especially MS Excel should be intermediate level as minimum.


familiar with Oracle or other ERP systems.


HVAC background ( 2 years minimum ).
