HVAC. Technician -5 Nos.
I T I certificate in Ref. & Air conditioning with minimum seven years experience in maintenance of industrial HVAC system electrical with working
knowledge in Controls related to HVAC SYSTEMS - chiller, Package and split units, LTP Panels, UPS, Fire Alarm system Generators & Motor controls etc.,
Minimum Experience - 7 years
HVAC SUPERVISOR - 5 NOS
ITI certificate in Ref. & Air Conditioning with
minimum 7 years experience in maintenance fo industrial HVAC SYSTEMS.
Audio Visual Technician -1 No.
ITI certificate In Electronics with minimum 7 years
experience In Operation & Maintenance of Audio Visual systems - Projects Cameras, Video Conferencing and PCB repairing . Should have computer skills
Mason - 1 No.
Experienced in Brick-works, Wall plastering and
Tiling. Minimum 7 years experience

-Reporting tasks
-Keep KPIs and KQIs related to Job Position.
-Develop and maintain the company IT infrastructure.
-Responsible for the installation, modification, testing, servicing, backup of company IT infrastructure systems and equipment
-Operation systems and applications support.
-Create and maintain documentation, maintain records on repairs, downtime, changes and updates.
-Coordinate and support in solving of critical and emergency situations.
-Analyze risks of company IT operation and ensure necessary steps to prevent them.
-Creation and actualization of security policy for company IT and systems.
-Responsible for fulfilling SLAs statements.
Experience required:
o 3+ years of experience in IT and systems operation
o Knowledge about multi platform server HW and SW
o Ability to deliver precise solutions, sense for detail, strong analytical skills, self management, flexibility, organizational skills
o PC Skills (HW/SW): Windows, Unix OS
o Operating systems on administrative level (Linux, *nix, Windows)
