Service Engineers - YIACO Medical Company
The Service Engineer will provide overall technical support for the installation, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintenance of medical, imaging, scientific, dental and physiotherapy section’s instruments / equipments. This person will be responsible to perform on-site installation and planning (site planning, site inspection and installation), calibration, repair, preventive maintenance, upgrades and customer training sessions.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/ Bio Medical Engineering.
Experience:
at least 3 years of experience in instrument installation and services experience.
Skills:
Excellent analytical/troubleshooting skills and superior mechanical competence, understanding of how to achieve results in the given environment; ability to work with all types of individuals in multiple settings and locations and to promote diversity in the workplace.
Other Requirements:
with valid Kuwait driving license.

Senior Production Engineer - Kharafi National KSC
1. To manage plans and schedules to effectively organize the work shop fabrication activities in order to meet an
agreed programme of deadlines.
2. To participate in regular meetings with the Production Engineer, Clients and weekly meeting with the Workshop
Manager / Operations Manager and keeping them informed of progress.
3. To plan for resources such as man power/ material to meet project requirements.
4. To manage and monitor the work shop labor force through Production Engineers, General Supervisors, Supervisors,
Foremen and monitor the work of sub contractors to complete the work as per customer satisfaction.
5. To liaise with engineering department for selection of material to suit the market availability in coordination with
Project coordinator and follow up with Engineering dept. for drawings, to schedule work shop planning.
6. To manage and ensure proper usage of materials / equipments and to improve methods required for cost saving /
cost reduction in accordance to budgets.
7. To ensure proper documentation required for the completion of work and gain approval from the Q.C department for
further operation.
8. To coordinate with the Work Shop Manager, Production Engineer, QC Engineer, Planning Engineer and Stores for
the daily fabrication activities.
9. To manage safety matters on the work shop, and ensure that the safety regulations are adhered to.

Medical Representatives - YIACO Medical Company
Medical Representative will be responsible for sales marketing and promoting company’s pharmaceutical and medical products. The Medical Representative will be trained to understand and demonstrate afterwards the company’s products to customers; he will also need to demonstrate the ability to handle customer product questions and objections in a way that is consistent with sales training methodology. Additionally, it will be expected to execute the selling cycle in a manner that is concise, professional, ethical and persuasive and which leads the customer to action.
Minimum Education:
University Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy or any medical / scientific field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in field of medical representative and ideally with have experience in medical services, selling devices, services to health care professionals or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
Skills:
Good oral & written communication skills; ; Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques an understanding of how to achieve results in the given environment; ability to work with all types of individuals in multiple settings and locations and to promote diversity in the workplace.
