in a reputed hospital In Kuwait.
Job Responsibilities include:
■ Assist employees with installation,
configuration, on-going usability of desktop computer
■ Recommend and/or perform upgrades on systems
to' proactive maintenance
■ Follow the hardware standard operating
procedures on updating and escalating tickets within
companies' ticketing system
■ Provide pro-active support for all hardware in
the company’s offices
■ Provide one-on-one client training on hardware
equipment and desktop applications and/or protocols
The Ideal candidate should have a Bachelors Degree in
MIS' IS/CIS/CS, Engineering or other technical
disciplines: with a minimum of 2 years experience.
Experience with Internet / Web (POP3, SMTP, HTTP. SSL
