The HR Manager is responsible for managing and developing the Human Resources function in this growing retail group. This is a hands on position where you will provide support and advice in all areas of HR to create an employee-oriented, high performance culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• All HR operational requirements including performance management, training, recruitment, remuneration & benefits, on-boarding.
• Providing HR advice to Executive Team and management.
• Be key point of contact for HR related employee concerns.
• Update and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Manage Visa and immigration issues.
• Ensure accurate administration and data management skills.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience including 2 years in management position.
• Currently working in HR in Kuwait.
• Extensive experience with Kuwait employment laws.
• Ability to plan organize and priorities conflicting business needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Degree qualified with relevant Business / HR degree.
• Experience in retail industry preferred.

Required for leading Retail Company based in Kuwait
Brand Manager for Fashion and Accessories.
This position plans, develops and directs the marketing efforts for a particular brand. It also supervises, supports activities in shop, sales, advertising, promotion, research and development, marketing research, purchasing, distribution, package development and finance, works closely with sales and marketing teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Plans and executes the brand lifecycle.
•Defines brand vision, strategy, competition and roadmap, prioritizing brand and customer requirements.
•Develops the core positioning and messaging for the brand.
•Performs product demos to customers.
•Sets pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals.
•Delivers a monthly revenue forecast.
•Develops sales tools.
•Proposes an overall budget to ensure success.
•Briefs and trains sales force during meetings.
•Performs other tasks as delegated by superior.
Minimum 1 year experience in the sames role.
