Job Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with their queries
• Ensure all standard telephone etiquettes are always maintained & provide personalized customer service of the highest level
• Should strictly follow operational procedures and provide customers with complete service solutions to maximize Customer Satisfaction
• Follow up with the vendors for tracking order deliveries, special & general requests etc.
• Attend to customer complaints promptly and take remedial actions
• Able to communicate effectively in Arabic and English with customers while taking their orders and suggesting to them other products that will please the customer within the product line.
• Should be punctual & able to work in flexible shifts
• Should be able to pay attention to detail
• Should be proficient in using Microsoft window applications.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude
• Possess Excellent Interpersonal understanding, strong achievement drive and initiative.
Besides the job related skills, a call center agent must also posses the following qualities:
• Should posses knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Should posses pleasant and friendly mannerism
