Our team members are the foundation of our business and we are very proud of them. We are currently looking for Sales Executives who can join us immediately and assist us in achieving our mission to become “The Market Leader” as the most luxurious hotel in Kuwait with employees who consistently provide exceptional and personalized levels of service to our guests. She/he is responsible for providing proactive action/support with regards to the sales growth and development of the hotel accommodation or banqueting business. She / he will have to sell the Hotel in the local and overseas marketplace through a well defined sales solicitation program to ensure maximum exposure and sales productivity.
Functions:
•Drive the sales and marketing plan of the hotel with regards to accommodation or banqueting business
•Sets sales targets with proper production and follow up processes.
•Seeks out and contacts new accounts and regularly call on the established ones.
•Negotiates with the clients to achieve maximum profit while satisfying clients needs.
•Attends to events that take place inside or outside the hotel and promotes all facilities of the hotel in terms of accommodation, banqueting, exhibition, conference etc.
•Establishes sound working relationships with all clients.
Remarks
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administrations / Hotel and Restaurant Management or any other related field
•1-3 years experience in the same post as Sales Executive in a 5 Star Hotel
•Bilingual (English and Arabic)
•High Level of Confidence, with excellent PR and Communication skills
•With excellent Drive for Results and with great Influencing skills
•Computer literate (MS Office, Internet Research)
