1. Design, develop and update training materials, training aids and assessment tests
based on the identified training needs and source training material.
2. Prepare training schedule as per the Al-Sayer Group training calendar and
training needs assessment.
3. Conduct training sessions in line with the training needs for the Al-Sayer Group staff.
4. Administer assessment tests for job applicants and employees.
5. Perform post training evaluation for training sessions and follow up on
knowledge transfer to the work place.
6. Identify areas for improvement as per the feedback from trainees and
implement changes accordingly.
7. Monitor and Communicate attendance status, evaluation results and training
feedback to the training coordinator.
8. Scan the market for training outsourcing and recommend solutions.
9. Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows

Bachelor degree with 5 - 10 years of experience in product training.

Engineer - Civil Maintenance - IMCO Engineering
A. Takes care of carpentry shop and painting work of buildings and refinery equipment.
B. Can read and interpret any engineering drawing and execute the job as per drawing.
C. Can read and interpret contract document administer and execute the works of both capital projects and service contracts as per contract specification, and further corresponds with contractors on technical problems and with other refinery departments for co-ordination purposes.
D. Inspect and accept materials at site based on test certificates.
E. Should be familiar with all types of civil / mechanical repair works in the refinery and thorough with relevant industry standards, codes and practices.
F. Attends call out after working hours.
Skills
A. Shall have a degree in civil / mechanical engineering from a recognized university with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in an oil refinery or petrochemical complex.
B. The candidate should have good command over written and spoken English and shall have the ability to prepare reports letters etc., and communicate with the contractor and related department personnel of KNPC.
C. Proficiency in Arabic language both written and communication is considered as an added advantage.
D. Shall be well aware of basic refinery safety aspects and use of Personal Protective Equipment.

Engineer - Transport / Heavy Equipment - IMCO Engineering
Direct & Co-ordinate functions of Transport & Heavy equipment such as servicing, preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs and complete overhaul of all types of automotive and mobile equipment such as light vehicles, fire trucks, cranes, hydraulic and mechanical earth moving equipment, forklifts / trucks, welding sets, compressors, pumps, lighting sets, diesel engines etc., assign required manpower, resources / materials control, assign job priorities, follow up, reporting, ensure safety / statutory certifications and any other related activities directed by KNPC .
A. Requisition necessary spares for replacement and assist in forecasting spare parts requirements.
B. Control and ensure effective use of parts, materials, manpower and tools.
C. Maintain records related to his work.
D. Personally perform critical jobs.
E. Maintain all special tools equipment and machinery installed and used in the shops.
F. Trouble shooting causes of failure for equipment.
G. Statutory certifications
H. Rigging calculations
I. Control of resources
J. Management reporting so on
Skills
A. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering and / or automobile engineering
B. Eight (8) years experience in overseeing transport & heavy equipment functions, overhaul and repair of automotive equipment listed above
C. Good Knowledge of English language .
D. Must possess Kuwaiti Heavy duty license for driving vehicles during testing.
E. Shall be well aware of basic refinery safety aspects and use of Personal Protective Equipment
