The role ensures the legality of business practices and transactions. It is responsible in conducting corporate criminal lawsuits, draws up legal documents, advises the business of its legal rights and practices other phases of the local law. It also researches, interviews clients and witnesses and gathers evidences and information related to the filed cases, to formulate defense or to initiate legal actions and handles other details of trial preparation on behalf of the company.
- Advises the management concerning business transactions, claims liability, advisability or corporate rights and obligations - Interprets laws, rulings and regulations and analyzes probabe outcomes of cases and legal precedents to and for the business - Understands and keeps self updated with local government laws and regulations to ensure that AAW works within the legal boundaries - Researches, prepares/files legal briefs, develops strategies, arguments and testimony in preparation for presentation case/s. - Represents the business in legal matters, in court and before the judicial or administrative agencies of the government - Acts as a trustee, guardian, negotiator or executor on behalf of the business - Advises corporate management concerning transactions of business involving internal affairs, stockholders, directors, officers and corporate relations with its clients - Prepares business contracts, settles labor disputes and administers other legal matters - Performs other related tasks as directed by the Chief Legal Counselor and CEO
Skills -2-3 yrs experience in legal research, investigations and writing legal briefs and presenting in courts -Bilingual - English/Arabic / Spoken & Written
Education BS Law / Law School Accreditation is a plus
