Marketing Manager - Nasser Sports Center
Responsible for developing marketing strategies and
establish annual marketing budgets, effectively
collaborate with business operations to meet
organizational objectives.
Oversee entire marketing initiatives and promotional
campaigns are being implemented throughout the retail
stores to increase footfalls, create inflow of incremental
business and revenues and create overall customer
excitement and great shopping experience.
TYPICAL WORK ACTIVITIES
Develops and executes marketing plans and programs,
both short and long range, to ensure the market reach,
market share, and consumer awareness as per the
company’s business strategies.
Create Annual Marketing budgets and also establish
annual Marketing plans including advertising and
promotional campaigns.
Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial,
technological, and demographic factors so that market
opportunities may be capitalized on.
Closely work with Buying & Merchandising teams to
work on planning the seasonal marketing initiatives and
promotions to achieve short term and seasonal
business targets.
Focus on increasing customer foot falls in the retail
showrooms and drive incremental revenues.
Create campaigns and activities to create customer
excitement and vibrant atmosphere in the retail
showrooms.
Create and institute marketing campaigns and
promotions through various ATL and BTL activities.
Plans and oversees the organization's advertising and
promotion activities including print, electronic, and
direct mail outlets.
Responsible for creating product catalogues, flyers
, danglers, design boards, mega uni-poles and all in-
store and other marketing communications materials.
Work closely with Visual Merchandising Team to
provide the look and feel of the Retail Showrooms as
per the standards.
Drive all necessary
marketing initiatives and activate new showroom
launches.
Direct and work closely with external advertising
agencies on ongoing campaigns.
Ensures effective control of marketing results and that
corrective action takes place to be certain that the
achievement of marketing objectives are within
designated budgets.
Evaluates market reactions to advertising programs
, merchandising policy and formulation to ensure the
timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to
meet changing market and competitive conditions.
Hire, motivate, lead, make performance appraisals,
provide career path and growth opportunities for the
Marketing Team members.
Generate and analyze all marketing activity reports.
Post-Graudate with specialization in Marketing
10-12 years experience of spearheading Marketing
function, driving all marketing initiatives in Fashion
Retail Industry.
Strong underst
anding of customer and market dynamics and
requirements.
Possess strong communication, negotiation and
interpersonal skills.
Ability to work and lead a team of work force with strong
people management skills.
